1. Subscription Model
Entertainers subscribe monthly; auto-renew unless canceled. No refunds for partial months.
2. Booking Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 20% fee. Full refunds if the entertainer no-shows.
3. Refund Policy
Ticket refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy; platform fees are non-refundable.
4. Data Usage
We collect profile data for matching; it is not shared without consent.
5. Payment Processing
Secure via third-party gateways; we don't store card details.
6. Liability
Raveplug isn't liable for gig disputes; use at your own risk. We may update terms; continued use implies acceptance.
